In 1965, a modified version of the original Eiermann table frame was developed in the metal workshop of the Technical University of Karlsruhe by Richard Lampert. Contrary to Eiermann’s original design, Lampert’s version was demountable and compact to store or transport and it soon became immensely popular in the german architecture scene.
We bought a big batch of these tables in a bankruptcy sale. Unfortunately, the leg extensions, that allow a quick adaptation of the desktop height, were lost in transport. We had these parts newly produced in stainless steel.
Dimensions (frame):
66cm x 95cm Height adaptable from 65cm to 84cm.
Dimension (desktop, optional):
160 × 80 cm, thickness 3cm. The desktop is available at an extra cost of 15€, but only to clients that pick up the goods in our workshop on a first come, first served basis (no reservations). The desktop is mouse-grey.
We can ship the frame to clients in Belgium, France, Germany and the Netherlands. We do not ship the top. The shipping rate is 23€ for Belgium, and 30€ for France, Germany and The Netherlands. This is more than our usual shipping fee because it requires specific packaging.
